Meet Jason

Technology doesn’t transform organizations. People do.

Coaching isn’t new to me. For more than 25 years I’ve led IT organizations across engineering consulting, legal and high-tech industries.

As a CIO, I’ve sat in executive and board meetings, owned the hard decisions, and felt the weight of leading at that level. But the work I’m most proud of was never technical. It was the managers I coached and the leaders I watched step into bigger roles. Today I bring that same experience to leaders who are where I once was.

My Certified Executive Coach designation from the Center for Executive Coaching gave me the frameworks and rigor to do that work with intention and accountability. I’m continuing to build my training hours toward the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification through the International Coaching Federation.

Now I want to make what I’ve learned available to leaders at every level, from managers to executives, as they navigate their own path forward. I especially understand leaders who are trying to grow beyond their technical roots, step into their identity as leaders, and lead with genuine confidence and care, because I’ve been one.

Whether I’m running an IT organization or coaching an emerging leader one-on-one, the through line is the same. I’m at my best when I’m helping people and teams perform at a higher level.
